The Cleaning Module is again one of the fundamental modules of the SW KLID system and is designed for recording regular and irregular (extraordinary) cleanings on property. This module is the place where you specify what needs to be done on a specific object (thing, floor, etc.) and at what intervals. This tool will send information about the process to your email in a timely manner.

Main features:

  • Cleaning Record and Planning
    The Cleaning Module is designed to provide a detailed overview of planned and completed cleanings. All entered cleanings are displayed in the main view, with all important information about the cleaning available at first glance.
  • Creation and Confirmation of Cleaning
    Each new cleaning task can be easily created using the green '+ Cleaning' button. The module allows you to set various parameters for each cleaning, such as cleaning type, execution interval, planning start, responsible person, and others. From the main view, it is then possible to directly confirm individual cleanings, i.e., that they have been carried out.
  • Overview and Filtering
    Thanks to the intuitive user interface, you always have quick and easy access to the information you need. From the main view, through the action icon "Show maintained elements," you can see the link to the item or structure in the Inventory module. Filtering is also possible according to many parameters."

Additional Features:

  • Automatic Notification: allows you to set up automatic notifications that will remind you of planned cleanings. These notifications can be sent to your email or displayed directly in the system.
  • Schedule: Based on the entered cleanings, a plan is created which is then displayed in the Schedule module. This plan provides an overview of planned cleanings in a given period of time.
